Company will deliver the Goods to the address you gave when you registered on the Website, unless you specify that the Goods are to be delivered to another address when placing your order, provided that it is within the United Kingdom. The Company will deliver to addresses outside the United Kingdom, however you must email your full order including delivery address to orders@enjays.co.uk to receive an accurate quote for delivery. The order will not be dispatched until it has received payment for the Goods in cleared banked funds.
The Company will endeavour to dispatch Goods ordered within 2 working days of an order being accepted by the Company in cleared funds and deliver them within 3-7 working days, but please allow up to a maximum 28 days for delivery. If the Company are not able to deliver the Goods within this period, we will inform you of this fact and reimburse any sums already paid by you within 28 days.
The risk in the Goods will pass to you the customer as soon as they are delivered.
If you receive a parcel, which is obviously damaged beyond all levels of acceptability, please REFUSE delivery. Do not sign for the items, then contact us immediately at orders@enjays.co.uk or call one of the customer care team on 0845 094 8656, stating clearly the reason for refusal of delivery. We will then resolve the issue by the quickest means possible. Fortunately this happens very rarely.
In most cases we utilise Royal Mail and TNT courier services for cost effective delivery. As you add items to your basket in the shop it will indicate the delivery charges. Our delivery prices include warehouse handling, physical (tangible) packaging and staff time.
Where NEXT WORKING DAY delivery is specified, your order will only qualify if it is received by the Company before 12pm. Otherwise your order will be dispatched the next working day.
Please note NEXT WORKING DAY deliveries received on a Friday will be dispatched on a Monday excluding bank holidays.
Our couriers and delivery services we use tend to deliver during the working day. You may find it easier to give a work address if it is unlikely that anyone will be in to sign for your order
For all deliveries outside of the United Kingdom special delivery rates will need to be quoted for by us the Company and approved by you the customer. As standard policy the Company will endeavour to remain competitive.
If you have chosen an item that is OUT OF STOCK or unavailable we aim to contact you via e-mail or phone within 5 working days to arrange an alternative or advise you of expected delivery dates.
We understand that sometimes it may be difficult to purchase a product over the internet, especially when you can only see a picture and description of a product. To add that extra bit of comfort when ordering you have a right to return Goods to us within 14 days of receipt of delivery if you are not completely satisfied, provided they are returned in their original packaging and have not been used in any way. In the event, that you do return any Goods to us, the Company will refund in full any money that you have paid excluding return carriage cost (this must be paid for by you the customer) as soon as possible but please allow a maximum of 28 days. You must take reasonable care to ensure goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. If returned goods arrive in a damaged or unsaleable condition you will not receive a refund. Unless the order is found to be faulty you will only be refunded the value of the items and not the postage.
Orders lost in transit. Due to Royal Mail and TNT terms and conditions of postage we must wait 14 working days before declaring an order lost in transit.
In the unlikely event an order is returned to us because the customer did not collect the package we will have to charge an additional delivery cost at the same rate as previously paid.
Most items in the www.enjays.co.uk shop have a full manufacturer's warranty, which is passed directly to the customer. The Company has no control over the terms of the warranty. If your product is faulty on delivery the Company will refund the purchase, subject to our returns policy. More often than not it is quicker and easier for you to deal with the manufacturer direct to resolve your issue, but we are more than happy to act on your behalf to get any warranty issues resolved. All products on www.enjays.co.uk are priced in pounds sterling and include EU VAT at the appropriate local rate. Any duties or local taxes are payable by the purchaser at the appropriate local rate. Orders to individuals in non-EU countries are tax deductible.
You can pay either by VISA, Master Card, Switch, Solo, Electron or AMEX cards. We are unable to accept cheques, cash, or postal orders via the website, however these can be sent to the head office, Enjays Ltd, Albion Mills, Albion Rd, Greengates, Bradford, West Yorkshire, BD10 9TQ. It is imperative that you provide the cardholder's name as it is shown on the card, and address exactly as it appears on the card statement. Card fraud is illegal and perpetrators will be prosecuted in all cases.
