After 15 minutes preheating, the cast-iron plate reaches an homogeneous temperature on the whole cooking surface to grill meat, fish, vegetable…! Cast-iron plate for perfect homogeneous cooking on the plate. Healthy cooking thanks to a slightly curved area for the collection of fat in a removable drip tray. A great cooking surface enables you to cook different food products without heat loss on the edge: steaks, fish, prawns, mushrooms, vegetable, omelettes… The steel surround incorporates a drip tray which is entirely removable (patented) for easy cleaning!
