We are a small company, but with big ambition. And it’s this ambition that drives us. We want to grow but at our own pace. If we grow too fast we will lose the control that has got us to where we are, supplying fresh, great tasting products, cooked in front of the customer each and every time.

As our company grows slowly so will the team. We are always on the look out for creative, passionate people that embrace responsibility and a challenge, and don’t mind doing things a little out of their job description every once in a while.

We are firm believers in enjoying work, and making it a fun, relaxed atmosphere to work in, with the occasional two hour lunch on a Friday! At some stage all of us can relate to those Monday morning blues. Making everyday work fun doesn’t mean we don’t care about profit. Lets be honest, we wouldn’t still be in business if we didn’t. But what we do believe is by employing the right individuals who are professional and work well with colleagues and our customers we can create a productive team of people, willing to go that extra mile to get the job done and the product out there.
